Compcooler Racing Driver Cooling System (RDCS) is a rugged vehicle-based cooling unit and specially designed for Racing drivers body cooling in the extreme hot ambient. Maintain energy, extend endurance, ensure focus, to reduce lap times for driver ultimately.

RDCS is made up of Chiller Unit (1) Liquid Cooling T-shirt (1) Extension Tubing (1) Power Cord (1).

Compact Micro Refrigeration Chiller unit with less weight and less power consumption, high cooling performance to provide the coldest circulation liquid. Pump circulates the cold liquid to cooling vest by connect with inlet and outlet fittings, and continuously flow around the body, it will keep user’s body temperature at a conformable range to against heat stress. Chiller unit delivers up to 400W cooling capacity, User could set up compressor speed manually from 2000rpm to 6000rpm based on various applications and operation current range start from 8A to 16A, it will make sure that operation of chiller unit not over vehicle current limit. User could set up temperature  from -5℃ to 30℃ (23℉ to 86℉), main board will control the operation of refrigeration once circulation liquid reaches to set point temperature. User may assemble 3” fresh air intake tubing from top panel to increase the cooling capacity in the extreme hot condition.  User may precool the unit and get the lowest temperature as he needs, iceless cooling unit, maintain free, easy installation by quick release base, this model was operated by 12V vehicle power or 12V rechargeable battery.

Hot Air removal

Unit reserve the installation for 3” hot air outtake tubing, reduce the re-heating in racing car, forced air device is an optional.

Liquid Cooling Garments

Compcooler racing driver cooling T-shirt provides 5-8℃(40-47℉) body feeling, no worry tubing kinking from safety belt or HANS.

Extension Tubing

2M(6ft) sleeve protected insulation extension tubing to connect various liquid cooling garment. 1-1 extension tubing in the package, 1-2 and 1-3 extension tubing are optional.

Quick Release Device

Fix quick release base installed in car flat area, easy assemble or disassemble unit within 10 seconds
