Product Details:

STAYING COOL, INCREASING FOCUS, MAKING YOU FASTER AND SAFER! Cooling Energy comes from refrigeration chiller unit, small and lightweight.

Cooling time is predicated on power source, typically in the form of vehicle’s 12-16V DC battery, rechargeable battery or 110-220V AC power adapter.

Temp control by remote controller, 16°F-86°F (-9℃ – 30℃) with an accuracy of +/-1 ℃ (2°F)

Chiller includes a simple quick released metal base, user can install the base on a flat surface and in a well-ventilated area using attached hardware.

Cooling capacity is 250-300W, max power consumption is 180W. Max operation ambient is 150 °F (65℃).


Description:

RDCU basic uses a 12V miniature rotary compressor refrigeration chiller system to cool anti-freeze liquid in a reservoir. A pump circulates the cold liquid to a tubing-lined garment. The driver’s body heat is absorbed by the liquid and returned back to the chiller to be cooled again. The process continues in a closed loop as long as the system is powered “ON”.


RDCU is offered in three versions, Mini, Basic and Pro, to deliver 200W, 250W and 400W cooling capacity. RDCU-BSC is powered by either the vehicle DC power, a rechargeable battery or a 110-220V AC power adapter. Temperature control is 36°F to 88°F (2℃ – 30℃) with an accuracy of +/-1 ℃ (2°F).


The system is programmable and will automatically operate at the user’s preferred temperature set point. The set point can be adjusted using the supplied remote controller. A 4” air duct is an optional to increase the cooling performance of the chiller unit in the hot conditions.
