COMPCOOLER Racing Driver Cooling Systems were designed for Racing Drivers operating in extreme hot conditions. Cools the body to extend endurance, keep focus and reduce lap times.  

The Compcooler Racing Driver Cooling System (RDCS) is a rugged vehicle-based refrigeration system specifically designed to keep racecar drivers cool. RDCS uses a micro chiller unit to cool liquid in a reservoir.  A pump circulates the cold liquid to a tubing-lined garment and/or cooling pad.  The driver’s body heat is absorbed by the liquid and returned back to the chiller unit to be cooled again.  This process continues in a closed loop as long as the system is powered ‘On’. RDCS is offered in two versions to deliver 200W - 400W cooling capacity.  It is powered by either the vehicle’s DC power, a rechargeable battery or a 110-220V AC power adapter.  Temperature control is -5℃ to 30℃ (23℉ to 86℉) with an accuracy of +/-1℃ (2℉). The system is programmable and will automatically operate at the user’s preferred temperature set point.  The set point can be adjusted using the supplied remote controller.   The driver may pre-cool the unit to achieve the coldest liquid needed.  A 3” air inlet with dual fan outlet increases the cooling performance of the chiller unit in hot conditions.

COMPCOOLER MOTORCYCLIST ICE CHEST COOLING SYSTEM

Smart, safety-conscious motorcyclist’s wear protective clothing, like leather, and during the warmer months of the year that can get uncomfortably hot.  That’s where Compcooler can help with its cooling system specifically designed for motorcyclists.  It combines a tubing-lined vest with a liquid cooling system housed in an ice chest or backpack to form a tethered thermal regulation device. The vest is a highly engineered breathable mesh garment that weighs a mere 0.5KG (1.1 lbs.), dry weight. It consists of a soft mesh outer fabric and inner liner which is easy to don and comfortable to wear against the body. Velcro adjustment tabs provide a snug fit for max thermal transfer. 

To operate the system, connect the vest tubing to the ice chest using the quick-connect fittings.  Turn the switch ‘On’ and the pump circulates cold water in a continuous loop between the ice chest and vest.  Users can expect a cooling duration anywhere from 2 to 4 hours depending on ambient temperatures and workload. Additional ice containers can be purchased for prolonged cooling.  Ice cubes can also be used for prolonged cooling, although the cooling time will be lessened.
