COMPCOOLER Thigh pack ICE Water Cooling System Mesh Liquid Cooling Vest 1.5L Detachable Bladder Flow Control Intrinsically Safe Pump Unit
Model: COMP-TPCS-7415-FCIS-MCV
Operation Manual for Waistpack ICE Water Cooling System
Operation Manual for Single Chamber ICE Bladder
Designed for cooling systems used in class i, ii,
iii, division i hazardous areas. With built-in
battery and sealed metal case, the ISFC pump
combines the flow control feature in a package
that limits the electrical and thermal energy
available for ignition in adverse ambient
conditions.
The 1.5-liter water/ice bladder, rechargeable battery and miniature pump within the waist make this a self-contained and portable cooling system. Small size and light weight, perfect for those hot jobs where freedom of movement is necessary, or under PPE application.
Circulates 36°F-68°F (2℃ – 20℃) cooled water to four zones on a tubing-lined liquid cooling vest. Reduce core body temperature and the incidence of thermal stress while increasing comfort, safety, focus and endurance.
The 1.5-liter water/ice bladder is easily detached with quick-connect fittings, filled with water and frozen. This serves as the cold energy source, providing 1-2 hours of cooling performance.
Breathable, zippered, tubing-lined garment is comfortable to wear against the skin. Velcro adjustment tabs provide a snug fit, ensuring maximum thermal transfer.
Allows the user to select three flow rates for coolant circulation, giving the user more control over the system performance depending on current workload and ambient temperatures.
Additional bladders and batteries can be purchased and used for prolonged cooling periods. This water-based cooling system is both safe to use and environmentally friendly.
Model COMP-TPCS-7415-FC-MCV. Just because it’s hot outside doesn’t mean you can’t work or enjoy your activities. With the Compcooler Thigh pack Ice Cooling System you can work cooler, safer and stay focused for longer periods of time. This is the lightest and smallest cooling system COMPCOOLER has to offer. It combines a tubing-lined vest with a liquid cooling system housed in a thigh pack to form a self-contained and convenient thermal regulation device. Available in sizes XS/S, M/L, XL/2XL, 3XL/4XL, the vest is a highly engineered breathable mesh garment that weighs a mere 0.5KG (1.1 lbs.), dry weight. It consists of a soft mesh outer fabric and inner liner which is easy to don and comfortable to wear against the body. The liquid cooling system is contained in a waistpack that weighs 1.5KG (3.3 lbs.), dry weight. It includes a 1.5-liter removable water/ice bladder, miniature circulation pump, 7.4V 2200mAh rechargeable battery, and flow control switch panel. When operating, it’s audible output is 45dBA. Cooling energy is provided by removing the bladder from the system, filling it with water and placing it in a freezer. Once frozen, the bladder is easily re-attached to the system, and with a charged battery pack, Users turn the switch ‘On’ and the pump circulates cold water in a continuous loop between the bladder and vest. 3 settings for regulating coolant flow lets the User minimize or maximize their ice energy. Low flow produces less cooling and conserves ice. High flow produces more cooling for a shorter period. Depending on ambient temperatures and workload, Users can expect a cooling duration anywhere from 1 to 2 hours with a fully frozen bladder. The battery can last up to 10 hours. Additional bladders and battery packs can be purchased for prolonged cooling.
