The product itself is marginal, but the lack of customer support is the biggest issue. There is a phone number provided, but it simply rings as though it is a personal cell phone, and no one answers. Emails also go unanswered. If you contact anyone at a cooling or heating store, they are unable to provide assistance if the product was purchased directly from Compcooler

I purchased a vest that was still under warranty, but the power adapter did not work. I ended up having to purchase a replacement power adapter, and unfortunately, that adapter failed within 24 hours of receiving it.

Everything on my system is connected and operating correctly. I have a friend who has the same product, and his works perfectly with my system. Likewise, my system works perfectly with his equipment. The only problem is the power adapter that came with my unit.

It is extremely disappointing to see what appears to be a potentially good product undermined by virtually nonexistent customer support. A company can have a good product, but without responsive customer service and warranty support, it makes it very difficult to recommend that product to others.

They sent me a extra small vest instead of a extra large i cant even put it on becsuse it is so small ! Poor order fulfillment !
